Return Policy

Cancellations
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your product to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes return shipping); there is no restocking fee for returns of products.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There may be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at service@rdfacao.com.

Return Costs Due to Consumer
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific cost should be based on the express company you choose.

Returns Due to Our Error
If the goods are damaged or incorrect when received and it’s due to our mistake, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs for this reason.

Refund Times and Methods
We process refunds within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods (processing time may be extended if quality checks or return verifications are required).
Refunds are prioritized to the original payment method:

  • For payments made via Visa/Mastercard/bank card, the refund will be credited to the original card.

  • For payments made via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
    Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time – usually 1–5 business days before the refund appears in your account (some banks may take up to 10 business days).
    If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., the card has expired or the account has been closed), we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method (e.g., bank transfer), which may require additional identity verification.
