How do I place an order?
To place an order:

Finish adding items to your shopping cart.

You can proceed with the purchase via our website’s checkout page or through PayPal.

If you want to continue through our website’s checkout page, please click the green “Checkout” button on the right side of the screen.

If you want to proceed through PayPal, please click the PayPal button.

You will be redirected to our customer information page. You will be prompted to enter:

If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click the "Apply" button to have the discount calculated and applied to your order.

Proceed by clicking the "Continue to shipping method" button. Make sure your shipping address is correct (if it differs from your billing address). Once everything is complete, click “Continue to payment method.”

You will need to enter your payment details. You will have the option to indicate if the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.

Once you’ve filled in the form, click the "Complete Order" button. You will be taken to a page summarizing your order, with a confirmation on the screen, and a second confirmation via email.

What if there are missing or incorrect products when I receive my order?
For missing or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us at service@rdfacao.com. Provide your transaction reference number (Order #) and include proof (image file size should be under 1 MB). We will gladly send the correct item at no extra cost, and we won’t ask you to return the incorrectly shipped item! You can keep it as a gift from us.
How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and details about your purchase.
I would like to change my items ordered. What should I do?
It is possible to change your order by 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) the same day the order was placed. You can contact us at service@rdfacao.com to request changes.
How do I add items to my cart?
To add items to your cart:

Navigate to the product page of the item you are interested in and select your preferences for the item.

When you click the "Add to Cart" button, you will be taken to your "Cart" page.

Enter the quantity of the item you wish to order in the "Quantity" field next to the image of the item. After entering a quantity, you can continue shopping or choose to proceed with your checkout.
How can I view what’s in my cart?
To view the contents of your cart, click the cart icon at the top of the website. When you click this icon, you can easily change the number of items you wish to purchase by updating the quantity shown. You can also remove an item by clicking the "Remove" button at the bottom of the quantity list.
How do I remove items from my cart?
First, click on the "Cart" icon in the upper-right corner of your screen. This will allow you to see all the items in your cart. Once you've identified the item you want to remove, click the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list. This will automatically remove the item, and the page will refresh to show your updated cart.
How do I change the quantity of an item in my cart?
First, click the "Cart" icon in the upper-right corner of your screen. This will allow you to see all the items in your cart, along with the quantities you've selected for each item. To change the quantity of an item, hover over the "Quantity" field for that item and enter the desired quantity. Once you do this, the quantity and associated price (if applicable) will automatically update, reflecting the correct amount and cost on the right side of your screen.

How do I use a discount code?
To use a promo code, please follow these steps:
