When can I expect to receive my delivery?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of placing the order. Delivery will arrive within 10-20 business days after the shipping date, depending on the availability from the carrier and destination. We apologize for any delays if customs clearance, inspections, or transportation delays caused by shipping services occur.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order at www.17track.net.
What are your shipping costs?
We have a fixed shipping fee of $2.99 USD to all destinations worldwide.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship worldwide. If your country is not supported by our logistics, we will inform you directly and make the necessary changes to your order. For more information on our destination list, please contact us via service@rdfacao.com.
How can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are only allowed by 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. You can contact us via service@rdfacao.com to request this change.
Can I ship to an address different from my billing address?
Yes, it is possible.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Some items will be shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items are produced and shipped directly from our own factories located in the USA, Canada, and Australia.
